Artist Statement
I am an oil painter who lives in Newtown, Pennsylvania. I enjoy painting the local Bucks County landscape as well as nearby New Jersey locations. I also vacation in Maine every summer, and paint the landscape there. I have recently returned to the still-life genre for inspiration. My method draws on both the Impressionist plein-aire method of painting as well as traditional studio methods.
